Anne Design House is an architecture and interior design studio founded by architect Anne Ayman, with studios in Dubai and Cairo. The studio designs private villas, residential developments and boutique hospitality projects in the UAE, Egypt and internationally.

The studio works from two offices: One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai, and the Fifth Settlement in Cairo. Projects are delivered across the UAE and Egypt, and internationally — completed work includes Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Tuscany and San Diego.

Anne Ayman is an architect and interior designer and the founder of Anne Design House. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The American University in Cairo and a Master of Interior Design from the Florence Institute of Design International, with more than ten years of experience across architecture and interiors.

It is architect-led. The building and the interior are designed together, so plan, proportion, light and material decisions are made once and carried through — instead of decorating a plan that was fixed by someone else.

Yes, and most projects include both. The studio can also join a project for interiors alone where the architecture already exists, or for architecture where interiors are handled by others.

Yes. Renovation and adaptive reuse are a core part of the work — Torre del Gallo in Tuscany converted a heritage stone tower into two apartments while preserving its masonry exterior.

Five stages: consultation and brief, concept design, design development, detailed design with FF&E, then coordination on site. You approve each stage before the next begins.

It depends entirely on scope. A single room is a short, focused commission; a full villa runs through several design stages before construction even begins, and the build itself is usually the longest part. We give a realistic programme for your specific project after the first consultation.

Design fees are quoted per project, because they depend on scope, area, the number of stages and the level of detail required. Studios typically price as a fixed fee, a rate per square metre, or a percentage of construction value. We prepare a written proposal after the first consultation so the fee and deliverables are clear before anything starts.

Ideally the location, plot or floor plans if they exist, an idea of the scope, a budget range and your timeline. If you have none of that yet, a first conversation is still useful — the brief often becomes clear through it.

Yes. The studio already works across the UAE, Egypt and internationally, with drawings, visualisation and material samples shared remotely and site visits arranged at the stages that need them.

Anne replies personally, usually within two working days, to arrange a consultation by call or in person. After that you receive a written proposal setting out scope, stages, deliverables and fee.

No. The Madinaty villa has classical interiors, Torre del Gallo is rustic and restrained, and the Jubail Island villas are contemporary. The constant is proportion, material quality and detail, not a fixed look.

Yes. Villas have been designed in line with Aldar's residential design guidelines and the Jubail Island development guidelines, and taken through developer approval.
