Anne Design House is an architecture and interior design studio based at One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre, working on private villas, apartments, residential developments and boutique hospitality projects across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
Our UAE work is concentrated on private villas and residential developments, much of it inside master-planned communities where the design must satisfy developer guidelines. Villas on Jubail Island and an Aldar-guideline villa in Abu Dhabi were designed and taken through developer approval from this studio.
Because the practice is architect-led, we can take a plot from architectural concept through design development and interiors without handing the project between offices — useful in a market where villa plots, community guidelines and fit-out standards all interact.

Where is your Dubai studio?

Do you work in Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai?
Yes. Several of our villa projects are in Abu Dhabi, including two on Jubail Island and a private villa designed to Aldar's residential guidelines.
Can you design a villa inside a developer community?
Yes — it is a large part of our UAE practice. We design within community and developer guidelines and prepare the drawings needed for developer approval.
