Jubail Island Villa Prototype
A waterfront villa prototype in a master-planned Abu Dhabi community, where architecture, landscape and daylight are designed as one.
3D Visualization
Anne Design House produces photorealistic 3D visualizations of architecture and interiors, so clients can judge proportion, materials and daylight before anything is built. Visuals are produced in-house in Revit and 3ds Max as part of the design process.
Visualisation here is a design tool, not decoration. Renders are produced from the same model the drawings come from, so what you approve is what gets detailed and built.
It is also how alternatives are tested. On the Jubail Island prototype two complete interior palettes were visualised so the client could choose between them with confidence.
Process
We start with the site, the brief and the way you will use the building — plot conditions, developer or community guidelines, programme, budget range and timeline.
Zoning, spatial planning and massing, with an early material and colour direction. You see the idea in plan and in three dimensions before anything is fixed.
Layouts, elevations, sections and visualisation are refined together until proportion, circulation and light are right — and the scheme meets the authority or developer requirements.
Technical drawings, joinery details, finishes, lighting and furniture specification — the package a contractor and joiner can build from without guesswork.
We work alongside consultants, suppliers and contractors, reviewing shop drawings and samples so the built result matches the approved design.

Yes. Photorealistic renders are produced during design development so you can assess proportion, materials and lighting, and request changes while they are still inexpensive to make.
It is normally part of a design commission, since the renders come from our own model. For an existing design we would need complete drawings and a specification to model from — tell us what you have and we will say whether it is workable.
