An architecture and interior design studio in Dubai and Cairo.
Anne Design House designs private villas, residential developments and boutique hospitality projects across the UAE, Egypt and internationally. The studio is led by architect Anne Ayman, so architecture, interiors and technical design stay in one pair of hands.

The building and the interior are one decision.
When architecture and interiors sit with separate teams, the interior spends its life negotiating with the building. Here, ceiling heights, structure, openings and joinery are coordinated once — which is why our villas read as calm rather than busy.
The plan comes first
Rooms, circulation and daylight are resolved as architecture before a single finish is chosen.
Proportion over decoration
Scale, symmetry and the size of an opening do more for a room than any amount of styling.
Materials that age well
Stone, timber, plaster and bronze, specified to look better in ten years than on handover day.
Drawn to be built
Details, joinery and schedules are documented so contractors build the design, not their interpretation of it.

A team, not a single signature.
Anne leads every project, but the work is delivered by a studio: designers who draw it, visualisers who test it, and consultants and makers who build it. That is what lets a villa, its joinery and its FF&E package move together.
An architect-led team
Architects, interior designers and visualisers work on one project file, led by founder Anne Ayman — so building, interior and drawings never drift apart.
A network of specialists
Structural, MEP and landscape consultants, joiners, stone suppliers and lighting specialists are brought in per project and coordinated by the studio.
Two studios, one standard
Dubai and Cairo work as one team across the UAE, Egypt and international projects — the same drawings, the same detailing, the same review.

Process
From brief to site
- 01
Consultation & brief
We start with the site, the brief and the way you will use the building — plot conditions, developer or community guidelines, programme, budget range and timeline.
- 02
Concept design
Zoning, spatial planning and massing, with an early material and colour direction. You see the idea in plan and in three dimensions before anything is fixed.
- 03
Design development
Layouts, elevations, sections and visualisation are refined together until proportion, circulation and light are right — and the scheme meets the authority or developer requirements.
- 04
Detailed design & FF&E
Technical drawings, joinery details, finishes, lighting and furniture specification — the package a contractor and joiner can build from without guesswork.
- 05
Coordination on site
We work alongside consultants, suppliers and contractors, reviewing shop drawings and samples so the built result matches the approved design.
